If you are ready to move forward with leasing one of our off-campus rentals, you will go through the following steps: 1. Each person will need to fill out an Application for Rental, which is completed online. Please click the "Apply Now" button on our home page. There is a $50 application fee that is paid when applying. 2. Once all of your Applications have been received and approved (approval normally takes only a few hours), we will email your group a copy of the lease agreement. Your group will then need to set up a time to meet with us to sign the lease. 3. At the time the lease is signed, each person must also put down a security deposit, which is typically one month’s rent. 4. Once the lease has been signed and all of the security deposits have been paid, then your student housing near TCU is officially yours!
Leasing our off-campus rentals can move very quickly. Once your group has submitted your Applications for Rental, we will only hold the TCU housing for you for 24 hours. If a lease has not been signed by then, it is possible that another group could take your desired student housing near TCU.

We prefer this to be completed at the time a lease is signed for TCU housing.
