Each person in your group must submit an individual application. A $50 application fee applies, but you will not be charged until your lease is officially signed.
Once all of your Applications have been received and approved (approval normally takes only a few hours), we will email your group a copy of the lease agreement. Each member of your group can sign the lease electronically via Docusign.
The security deposit amount is one month’s rent and a $50 application fee per person. The security deposit is made out to "J. Mark Properties." This can be paid through our online portal or you can have your parents mail in a check to us at: 609 Strada Circle Ste 100 Mansfield, TX 76063.
Once the lease has been signed and all of the security deposits have been paid, then the house is yours!
